The service
Qorda helps installation-service businesses organize projects, visits, tasks, occasional product sales, quotes, documents, and operational follow-up. It does not replace legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and control access to your organization. You are responsible for use by your authorized users.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you add. You authorize us to process it only to operate, protect, and improve the service and follow valid instructions from your organization.
Acceptable use
You may not use Qorda for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, malware distribution, rights infringement, or processing information you lack authority to handle.
Payments and pilot
Applicable prices, taxes, free periods, and discounts are shown before purchase or program activation. An active design partner receives 90 days free, then 50% off CAD 49 per month for the first 12 paid months, unless a different written agreement applies.
Availability and changes
We may fix errors, maintain the service, and change features. We will give notice of material changes affecting payment or use commitments.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request export or deletion. We may suspend access for security risk, non-payment, or breach, with notice when reasonably possible.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Qorda does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
