What we collect
Account and business data; contact and project information you choose to record; files, photos, measurements, quotes and invoices; and technical data needed for security and operation.
How we use it
To provide Qorda, authenticate users, organize work, generate documents, handle requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the product.
Who receives it
Only providers operating contracted infrastructure, storage, email, payments, or product functions, and when required by law. Qorda does not sell personal information.
Business responsibility
Your organization controls the client, staff, and project information it adds. It must have authority to record that information and limit it to what is necessary.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while the account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet obligations, or resolve disputes. Deletion requests are reviewed before execution; some data may remain for legal duties, fraud prevention, or limited backup cycles.
Access, correction, and requests
Use Settings → Privacy and data to export information or record access, correction, and deletion requests. We verify identity and authority before acting.
Security
We use organization-level access controls, encryption in transit, protected credentials, and limited event logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
When a material change requires renewed consent, we will present the updated version before continued workspace use.
